Making a Case

There are no effective international institutions taking the gravity of energy security seriously. OPEC, the OECD, the United Nations all talk about energy, but are either too self-interested or inflexible to address the direct and reverberating issues brought about by chaotic global energy supply and demand. This forum will argue for the placing of energy security at the top of the international agenda.
